We are selling our 2016 Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel that is fully loaded. This is the front living design so the front room is at the nose of the fifth wheel. It has five slide outs, a full size residential four-door fridge, a fireplace that also doubles as an extra heater, an upgraded surround sound system for the TV in the front room, which does move up & down to be stored out of view. It has the upgraded 12 gallon water heater that can run on propane or electricity, so this is larger than your typical 6 or 10 gallon water heater and the electric part helps it recover the heat faster! It does have a large awning that goes over the front area. This has ceiling fans that have rain sensors in them plus the two large AC units on the roof that are ducted vents. It does have two solar panels that will come with it as well. It has numerous cubbies and cabinets for storage throughout the entire fifth wheel to store your items. It does have a full heated pass through understorage near the front and the very front storage compartment where the batteries are can also house a generator if needed. It does have the 50 amp service. This is one of the highest end fifth wheels you can buy and if you're familiar with this brand you will know they are known for quality and durability! It does have a washer dryer combo that is a residential quality not an RV version. I do have a 5th wheel hitch and extra 100 lbs propane tank I will sell with the RV if the price is right.
