We live in Richmond and winter in Florida. 2) Recently downsized to a new thirty-four Class A Gas Coach since we are no longer traveling cross country, etc. Now and going forward we are traveling no more than 2,500 miles per year in one round trip between Richmond, VA and Port Charlotte, FL for the winter months of January-March. 3) The Gulf Stream is built tough to travel and unlike stories Ive heard about much newer coaches, we have never been left stranded by this coach during our 25,000 miles of use over 6 years. CONDITION 1) Above average. Some would say excellent for a 2003 but I am my worse critic. 2) For the last 3 winters, the Gulf Stream has been at Myakka River Motorcoach Resort that has a late model coach condition standard. Most people guess this coach is between a 2012 and 2014 model year. PRE-SALE 1) A ceramic coat was applied to the exterior two years ago. 2) The coach exterior was just cleaned and waxed from the roof down in January. 3) The seller will detail the front generator compartment and rear engine/compartment before completing the sale. 4) The coach will be professionally cleaned inside and out. It never leaks when supplied by city water. 4) The bedroom TV could use upgrading. Its the original. The living area TV was replaced in 2020. 5) The sofa pleated shade can be used to open or closed but should be replaced for full functionality.
