We are selling our 2013 Tuscany XTE 36 MQ. It has been a great coach, but were ready to down size, and get something that will sleep more people. The Tuscany is the perfect coach for two people. It has a wonderful king size bed, and a J-lounger that makes down to sleep 2 small people uncomfortably. It has a Freightliner XC raised rail chassis, 6.7 360 HP Cummins, and an Allison 6-speed automatic transmission. It has high polished aluminum wheels, dual fuel fills, 10,000 lb. hitch, automatic leveling jacks, tinted one piece windshield, full body paint with gel coat walls, invisible bra, 4- slide-out rooms with awnings, full basement pass-through storage, side hinge baggage doors, electric windshield solar & privacy roller shade, chrome power mirrors with heat, electric step well cover, 1-40 and 3-32 LCD TVs, in-motion satellite system, 3-camera monitoring system, home theater system with Blue-Ray DVD, tile flooring, automatic generator start, microwave/convection oven, 8 KW Onan diesel generator, 2000 Watt inverter w/200 Amp charge with roof mounted solar panels, as well as heated & enclosed holding tanks. We purchased the coach new from Motor Home Specialist in Alvarado, Texas June of 2013. It had 1300 miles on it, it currently has 91,000. I have detail records with engine and power plant service records. I have documentation and location for every gallon of fuel. Tires have less than 5,000 miles on them, although they are 3 years old.
