One owner. We bought this camper new in July 2018 in Alaska from ABC RV Sales in Anchorage when we lived there. We bought it to use on family camping and four-wheeling trips around Alaska. We used it twice for camping in Alaska, then took a vacation to Upstate NY to visit family that August. While in NY, we decided to move here. In October 2018, we drove the truck and toy hauler from Alaska to New York. We stored the toy hauler in our barn over the winter, so it has never had a snow load on it. This summer, we have used it to camp over 4 weekends. We decided to sell it and our four wheeler because we are not using them as much as we thought we would when we bought them in Alaska. Its a wonderful, like-new, very comfortable toy hauler with a great layout.

Bedroom/garage has rubber flooring, 6-point tie-down, 2 exhaust vents, and 56-inch garage door/ramp. Garage is not in the kitchen or living area. It is a front bedroom with two fold-down bunks and a door you can slide closed between the garage and living area.
