FINANCING AVAILABLE! Pristine, like new 5th wheel RV with zero miles (only the miles from the lot to my home). This RV has a King bed in the main room, and two sleeper sofas (one in its own room space with a closed door) that pull out to queen size RV beds. The loft area has a padded mattress that can sleep two school age kids comfortably and the dinette converts to a bed that can sleep 1 adult or two kids comfortably. The kitchen features a 12 cu full-size refrigerator, 21' Furrion® range w/ Piezo ignition, and glass stovetop cover. Yearly maintenance has been done as scheduled. All warranties are up to date. All recalls have been updated and replaced per Keystone specification: outdoor grill changed to a metal grill. The RV stove has never been used, and the plastic protective film is still in place on the main room television as well as the microwave control panel. The RV has not needed any repairs. All electronics are intact. Plumbing is intact: no leaks have been noted and both the grey and black tanks are drained and flushed as needed. The RV has a washer and dryer hookup but we opted to keep the space for storage. An outdoor shower is available, as well as an outdoor grill. When we bought the RV we had Tacoma RV put a Duratain protective coating: VC-1 Exterior Protective coating, VC-2 Textile Coating, and VC-3 Awning leather and vinyl protective coating are all 5-year warranties.
