In EXCELLENT condition. We absolutely LOVE this fifth wheel! It is absolutely beautiful, Huge and spacious, very comfortable, and has absolutely everything you could need, even washer and dryer hook-ups (dryer is also included) and heated recliners. Very spacious with extra large fridge/freezer and very large pantry as well. Tons of storage inside and out! Very well built to residential standards. The trailer has tons of large windows and a large sliding glass door which let in lots of light and make you feel like you are outside even when you are in. Large shower is very nice. King size master bed with tons of storage underneath and pull out bench, large closet as well as chest of drawers and large TV all in the master. Living room has lots of very comfortable seating, tons of storage and a huge television that lowers into the cabinet when not in use. Sofa's fold into two queen size beds. There is plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We had planned on this being our "forever fifth wheel" however, now we are not going to be able to use it for the next two years and don't want it to just sit. It has only seen occasional seasonal usage and short distance travel. We have babied it. Everything looks new or nearly new and functions as it should. Many extras!
